Temp-to-Perm

In the simplest sense, Temp-to-Perm is an opportunity to "try before you buy". It's a great Win-Win-Win.

  • WIN - The hiring manager wins for two reasons: first, there's progress on the work during the search process; second, the candidate becomes a known quantity during the contract period -- much more so than would be possible during the interview process.
  • WIN - The candidate has an opportunity to learn about the culture of the organization before making a long-term commitment, and is earning income during the job search.
  • WIN - The organization reduces the cost of turnover. We have found that there are simply fewer fall-offs with Temp-to-Perm. As with all placements, the key to Temp-to-Perm is finding the most qualified candidate, i.e., matching technical ability, business experience, personality, etc. with the opportunity at hand. We recommend an evaluation period of 90-120 days.
